Returns

When returning an item we recommend using your national postal service. Returns can be made up to 30 days after receipt of the item. Refunds will be issued when the item(s) have reached us.

To return an item please attach the sticker that is within your parcel to the bag. Please ensure the returns sheet is filled out with order number, reason for return and desired resolution completed. Please also email us when returning an item to ensure immediate refund/ replacement as soon as your return reaches us. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we receive your return.
